  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Okay, I let you off Andi....this one time ;)

A Bantam you say? Who would gift you such a handy little knife?! ;)

I hope you guys and gals don't mind seeing this one again. That's a really pretty knife! Is that what's called a Coke bottle? One more question if you don't mind, who makes it?
Thanks - Bob

Bob, many call this pattern a Coke bottle, but they are also called a swell center jack, or coffin jack (because of the squared off rear bolster).
These were an SFO made by Queen for Blue Grass Cutlery.

Sorry, deskil was quicker than I was.

The Böker Congress and the brandnew Red Alox Pioneer were with me today

Andi, that's two days in a row that you have beaten me to it. Here's my boker congress that I got from bdev on the exchange a while ago. It's seeing good use, but is starting to shows signs of poor maintenance on my part. Shame on you pmew!

The Path of Simplicity

Thunder rolled across the Mountain. Rain fell to wash everything away.
"A new start," said the rain.
"A new mind," said the wind
"A new me," I said aloud.
Out from the mountain I walked, carrying a new way of thinking.

You're all carrying some beauties today folks :) I've been over in Sheffield, seeing my dentist, and having some root canal work. This old Whittler came with me.
