What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Looks and sounds like a dandy! I'm wondering if you could just bath the pivot end and settle for a couple of soaked cloth wipes of the rest? Might help pour le preservacion aromatic!

Sam

Ha ha. Merci for the tip Sam.

I'm not that precious about the smell really, and I think it may bring up a bit more activity in the wood.

LOL, I have a Le Thiers in Juniper and I also find myself sniffing the darn thing all the time.

Weirdo ;)

I had been wanting to degloss the blades on this particular knife for a pretty long time - make it look more it's age (circa 1940-1964). ;)

Do you see it as an improvement over glossy blades or needs more work or should have left her be?:D

Well apparently Tomato Acrylic has a hold on me. Duncan gifted my a HJ6 on the #66 frame with Tomato Acrylic and I love it. Well the Moose arrived today and it's another stunner:o

I love the blade combo on this---super pocket friendly, but I really like the Spear/Clip set up with this one:thumbup:

Thank you Paul. I have a son-sorry! :D ( I reckon I needed to post up something decent after all those killer red bones got posted by someone in the Case thread, earlier today.):D

I like the new addition to the tomato family. They will work well together.
