One of the finest Case knives I have purchased in the last few decades.

(Yup, I really love this puppy.)

George and lambertiana - those two knives look awesome. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Is that a forced patina? If the answer is yes how did you do it? It looks good.

Still carrying my Buck 55 in the watch pocket of my jeans, but I also have my new (actually purchased slightly used off a popular online auction site) Victorinox Rambler dropped in pocket. It's a handy little bugger.

Came just like I asked for from BladeSwapper.

Dead center blade and no blade play.

That really is a beauty Elliott, I've always liked that knife. Has the W2 started to pick up a patina yet?

Its not often I see stag I like, but I do likes that one Elliott...
The blade and bolster finish really looks great with those scales

Thanks, fellas.

I've been keeping it pretty clean up until now but I may have to do something about that. This knife just begs for pocket time and being put to the test.
It's one of those knives that you just have to hold to appreciate.

I love Don Hanson's forged W2. Here are before and after carry shots of an ivory jack he made for me a while back.

Carrying my Schrade 8OT again today. I just used it to cut up some cheese and sausage for a mid-afternoon snack. I love how dark the main blade is getting now.

Lookin' good, Mike. The "after" is as at least as nice as the "before". If anything, it looks warmer.

Mike, not only is the blade toning nicely but those scales are really beautiful.

Today, CASE Swayback in Green Bone, a fine banana chopper!

I eat a lot of apples that I cut up, I guess you could say it is forced by cutting up apples and using the knife.;)
