Even better in person than they are in photos, aren't they?

Is that black micarta? Ebony? can't tell, the pic is dark on my monitor.
This one's ebony. I've seen some that has more lighter streaks than others, but this one is nearly all jet-black. There are a few lighter streaks, but they are very faint. Just a gorgeous bit of wood, I'm really pleased.

Nice knife!
I have its twin in red but I would love to find a green one to go along with it.

Thanks! And thanks too to Gev earlier  Green is my choice, only one of 25 though I believe. I think GEC should do this Winterbottom style of jigging again.

Regards, Will

I've had this one in my pocket going on 5 weeks now. It's accompanied by some items from my new hobby. The wallet was one of my first projects and the lighter sleeve is one of my most recent. Until I get proper tools all the leather work has been performed by a Vic Electrician. The Charlow is my pride and joy, and goes so well with the color of the leather!
