Weather was a bit gloomy today, but brightened by my congress jack, coffee and the pipe gifted me by a very kind member here, thanks Alex.

Out for a walk with Conner this morning, carrying a Marbles Loveless sport in 3/16 thick convex edge 52100(not the most even grinds, but one of the sharpest knives I own) and Hartkopf lockback

That's gorgeous!

Thanks, Jennifer, I met Bobby for the first time and picked this up at the Arkansas Custom knife show back in February. Great guy and great show, but I was completely unaware of his work until I saw his table at the show. This one is in ATS-34 and North Sea mammoth ivory.

I never tire of seeing that gorgeous Marbles, Kris. What a fine, classic blade.

Got out for a little hike with the dogs and threw my Humphrey 'Whitetail' on the hip:

Thanks Smithhammer, it is going to Claude Scott this week for a fine sheath that it deserves.
I don't regret trading a Case/Bose tribal spear for it one bit.
Lon's "Whitetail" looks like a competent companion for sure.

i put this in my pocket today and probably will let it ride for a few days
wenger SI rolling as back up, per the norm
