What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Got my omnipresent Harness Jack again today. I think it's a pretty good bet that I'll end up dying with this knife in my pocket. Patina coming along nicely too. Didn't realize how dark the tip was until I saw it against the black keys.

Thanks to Primble for reminding me of the "other" modern Case knives :D that have great jigging. I always salivate when you post your vintage Case Redbones

~Jim

That's a newer Case/Bose collaboration knife. :)

Very nice Primble! :D

Frost Cutlery had one of these when I was over there a couple of weekends ago. I came THAT close to getting it, but I think I'm gonna have to break down and get it next time!

Yes, yes... (evil laugh) You NEED to own this knife Daddyo16! Continue to Frost Cutlery, do not pass go, do not collect $200 (knife is only $43). :D

Great looking knife Eric! Love the flashlight too. May I ask what brand that is?

Regards,

Mark

Absolutely, it is the AAA Maratac Flashlight in copper. Google will lead you to the website that sells them. Everyone that owns one loves them, they are a bit heavier than comparable flashlights that have aluminum housings because of the copper, but that is outweighed by the lovely patina they take on.

Well, I finally took the plunge. Several months ago I had an idea to sharpen part of the edge on my Radio knife's caplifter to create a multi-tool, with essentially a coping blade along with the clip and caplifter/driver. It is not professional quality (it was WAY harder to do than I thought!), but it works well. My mod in no way effects the use of the caplifter or flathead driver, but still gives me a precision edge for scribing and draw cutting with the tip. Criticism and suggestions gladly accepted. In pocket, today.

Nifty idea that:)

Here ya go Hunter. Almost 3.5 inches long. Threaded bolsters. Year of manufacture 2007. As for the steel. I forget the number.
But it's not D2 or the other high grade stuff used by Queen. Great walk and talk.

As usual Photobucket is showing in not the way I want it to. LOL:jerkit:

Good lookin' ole red bone, Mark!:)

I'm carrying an ebony Heritage Jack today.
Has the quality and look one usually expects to see only on antique knives!!!:) Also: Comment on WT was appreciated.

Excellent knives and photos by all!

Today I am carrying my Case Soddie Jr in chestnut jigged bone. I love the jigging on this one.
That is a really good lookin' Sod Buster Erik!:)

Breath taking as usual Primble.

Had this GEC 13 with me this evening, I adore this pattern. Took it to my favourite sunset spot.
