What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've been carrying this old Kutmaster Muskrat all week.

I'll have to pick out something with a bottle opener and wider blade tomorrow for the weekend. In case a BBQ breaks out. ;):D

Nice choice Rachel - those old knives feel special in my pockets. I bet that old carbon is sharp as a razor.:)

HOLY SMOKES! That poor thing has been just about sharpened to death. I'll bet it works well as a tooth pick though. ;)

It has been sharpened a few times, for sure. I'll probably only get another 50 years out of these old blades :D
And yes, Primble- they are sharp!

A classic combo

Just started carrying my recently purchased GEC #65 Red Wine jigged bone . My first slip joint but definitely not my last. I put a forced patina on it today using apple cider vinegar. What do you guys think about it?

Thank you for your comment Jack - I love the Harness Jacks, they are just really neat knives. That is a sweet little leather pouch too - looks like Barry might have made it.?:)

Thanks a lot Primble, and yes, the pouch is Barry's excellent handiwork and a much appreciated gift

Very nice r8shell, hope you get your BBQ

No danger of any BBQs breaking out here today, it's been raining since last night. A shame as I think I'd be well-equipped for one! :D

Love those 25s!!!

Can't beat them can you?! :)

pmew - that little stag Northfield 25 is an excellent example!:)

Thanks Primble!

That is a lovely piece.

Nice knives Everyone!

This old one today. Funny it fills heavier than other knives it's size. Like it almost carries the years with it

May I ask where the quote in your signature is from? I like it.

I'm gonna carry these two, and maybe my 65 or 82, today. This little cheapo knife cuts great, and was less than $10. I love the stag on my #25. Work is rained out for now, hopefully it clears up soon.
