Thanks, the family is doing excellent, I hope yours is doing well also my friend, the Camillus #64 is a great knife, nice little 3 3/8" tank, I think the spirals on the awl/punch are purely aesthetics, and doesn't serve any real purpose, but hey it looks cool :thumbup: good marketing Kastor/Camillus

Thanks. I kept the blades open and out of the tea. Of course the back springs on new Cases are stainless, so no worries there.

Sadly the specimen is not up to the standards. It is not a lemon, but the spring is a bit raised when blade is open. Also I would have preferred a bit more snap. Otherwise it is fine knife. Therefore I am going to give it a away at some point and get a Laquiole in it's place. I had one but gave it as a gift.
