What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Stephen, Mark and Brian thanks for your comments. I feel I was really lucky to get that particular 73 as it has astonishing 'ribbed' stag, not sure what part of the antler it comes from though. The pile side is not grooved but is also nice to look at, similar colour and crucially, same thickness. It's a favourite carry of mine.

Regards, Will

Today I unwrapped some Ebony

Philllll - Very nice mod! Evan did a wonderful job on that one!:)

Stephen inspired me with his old beauty to bring out this old classic and put it in my pocket.
Primble suggested a funeral pyre. The construction of the pyre is still in progress...they were just off camera. :D

Great knife Gevo and don't pay much attention to my warped sense of humor.:D

Lemmy Caution - Very nice knife!:)

Ken - wonderful old knife - never get tired of it. ;)

Todd Isa - great looking Oeser !!;)

I am totin' one of my TC Barlows today - I had been on the hunt for this one for a while. :

thats the standard 301 in black sawcut delrin. she's definitely a worker and a blessing in the heat and humidity of an august in Mississippi :D

Nice looking Hartkopf, Andi.

Looks like a useful fixed blade, Duane. Did you put handles on that?, looks like Desert Ironwood.

A pair from Jerry Halfrich today, old growth redwood burl handles

Stunning redwood Kris, who made the pouch for the lockback?

Headed out to the New York State Fair today. Taking these along.

Those little Ohta's are nice, Gary :)
That one is always with me, Jerry. It's peanut sized in length but has the heart of a much bigger knife. It's thin and I don't even know it's in my pocket.

What do you think of the Singi? I have handled one of those and this knife was clearly a lemon. The blade rubbed against liner, action was gritty and and the edge was semi-sharp.
I really like the knife itself. It fits my hand like a glove, has solid lock up and the curly birch handles are great. That being said the fit and finish was a bit lacking. Gritty action like you said, and a few machining marks that were not buffed out... No blade rubbing or anything else that wasn't cosmetic or easily fixed.

Having trouble deciding between these two today. Maybe I'll just carry both. You guys are really killin' me with those TC barlows:D.
