Got home from work and this Keen Kutter was waiting. Popped it in the pocket and headed to class. My professor liked it.

Hope you all have had a great one today.

I'd be interested in the story of how you came to showing your pocket knife to your professor. Very cool, I can't imagine it coming up.

Thank you Jack, a nice pair of ebonies your carrying today as well:thumbup:

The lone knife (#66 in Purple Sage) I'm carrying today as I remove old gutters to make room for new ones;)

Beautiful Brett

Can anybody tell me what this pattern is called? I have the GEC Cap Lifter. But I'm wondering if this specific blade combination/handle pattern has a particular name. I'd love to be able to find more, if I actually knew what terms to search for.

Please and thank you!

I've always known this pattern as a Bottle Jack.

Very nice Stephen (and thanks) :)

These two for me today.

Legend has it Pete that the MIGHTY PEANUT can clear more wood then a Hatchet/Axe can in a single day;):D

It is true Paul, it takes a little technique and finesse to fell a tree with the peanut

But I've learned to work smarter, the trick is to use the mighty peanut to first capture a baby beaver (kit, kitten), threaten it with my peanut, then make its parents do my dirty work :D

This took no time once I learned to harness the power of the peanut and it's persuasive nature over beavers

Pete
I should never post before 5am or at least before my coffee

Beautiful!

I would consider it a Radio Jack or something similar. I am not sure how many different names it could go by.

Thanks :) Yes, we got quite the dump of snow yesterday, and are expected to get another 20cm today :(

Here's a shot as I was leaving the office last night... Thankfully it's still too early for it to stick to the roads, but it was weighing down trees and downed some power lines last night.

He is an older gentleman, maybe 70, and is not short on words. I usually am 15 minutes early and we usually talk a bit. I just sparked up a conversation about it. I wanted to know if he enjoyed cutlery. He has a couple, but not something he gravitates towards.

Thanks all for the nice words.
