• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Started the day with my Clip/Pen TC Barlow but switched (like many) when my Forum knife arrived.

Great dark red bone on that swingguard Paul. I was one of those people, for good reason. Had a pocket of peanuts at a conference for work until I got home and opened the beauty of a forum knife.

Carrying Forum knife along with my 1976 CASE swingguard---sorry about the pictures, it may be do to taking the camera from indoor 70's to outdoor 40's temp wise:o

Two beauties there Paul. That Cheetah has the translucent look - one of my red bone Cheetahs has that deepness to it and my old half whittler does too.:thumbup:;)

Thank you for the CASE compliment Turk:thumbup: it's always nice to have a knife show up in the mail:o

Particularly nice covers on the Forum Knife, Paul!! Love the pile side

Thank buddy:thumbup: I love the variation in Stag, I'm still smitten by that pressed Stag heirloom of yours my friend;)

Thank you Primble, not only for the compliment on the knife but for inspiring me to carry my vintage CASE red bones again:thumbup:

I really like the looks of that Zuava, Carl. Is the blade made from thick stock? It looks like a very tough, capable knife.

The blade stock is thick for the size of knife. It' a chunky little thing, built like a stocky barlow. With the external pivot heads, it's set up to be easy t snug it up if hard work causes a little side play in the blade. But the blade is wide enough so that it drops down in a full flat grind to a very thin edge that slices like an Opinel. I'd call it a rugged but wicked sharp slicer!

I'm glad that you're finding that Zuava useful Carl :)

Going to slip these two in my pockets today :)

Nice to see the forum knives dropping in. A very handsome and well proportioned knife.

Had this Sword junior cattle knife today and might take it tomorrow too. It's a nice compact package.

This Queen Utility in WCSB, their version of the Slimline Trapper will be my choice today. Helps get through the exciting long wait for the Forum Knife:eek::D

Enjoy this day, Will

Still going with my Buck 301. The walk and talk could be a little stronger but not a big deal as the older I get the less walk and talk I want. The size is perfect for my hand. Have a nice day everyone!
