What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

thales2015,
WOW is right, STUNNING TWO BLADE.
NEAT COMBINATION OF BLADES, and KOOL SCALES.
I could look at this one all day, every day.

Thanks Tim - it looks beastly, but still so refined. Beauty and the Beast all rolled into one : ) Can't wait to get it.

This one today for the inter-provincial derby. Playing Munster away tonight.

COME ON ULSTERRRRER!!!!

i always start with one but somehow it attracts others

Nice picture, and: I know the feeling. I tend to stay with just one #77 at a time, but do enjoy seeing my three together.

With some usual suspects, to lend a notion of scale (this is a wee one):

Very nice Arno, Sarah! I had a little un in Warthog ivory that I gave to my oldest son a few years ago. A very nice little knife.

That's a wee beaut' Sarah! In good company too:)

Sam

That is a pointy little porcupine you got there, Sarah! What is the handle material?

Nice Bernard Sarah

That looks useful P, very stylish too

Thanks guys!

I first saw Arno Bernard's (& Sons' ?) work in person a few years ago. I love the lines of the pieces, and the finesse of the finish work. I was thrilled when a BF supporting dealer started carrying the line, and even more excited when the timing came together to spring for this one in giraffe bone.

The knife of course looks even better in person; the handle, in particular, has more depth and coloration than I've been able to capture in the scant light and time I've had since its arrival.

It's a sweet little stinger. I am really, really pleased. :)

Thank you my friend! I'm really trying to get better with the photos.

Excellent pictures from you today as well. I LOVE the yellow, and the etching on that main blade is just dead sexy! That's a very nice one for sure.

Paul, the TC is a beauty! I can see why you were so excited. I am happy for you, my friend.:D

I carried the Mechanic Fairmount Cutlery Co. today and it served me well with all the boxes and cutting chores:thumbup::thumbup:

If that TC barlow was done with african blackwood it would easily jump to the top of my list, but that yellow is a beauty all the same!
