What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

JSCHENK - nice pair. I'd love to find one of those 'pickles'. :) In all seriousness, I hate that I missed out on those spring green courthouse whittlers when they came out.

Andi - always a joy to see your Charlow. I admire your determination and am pulling for you to win your bet.

clutchcarter - wonderful scales on your Radio Jack. Always good to have a lucky charm in your pocket on Poker Night.

Sonnemann - impressive craftsmanship on your Crown Lifter; and handsome too.

Brett - wonderful photo of your equally wonderful Charlow!

Scott - great selection of knives today (all three). ;)

jacktrades_nbk & Lemmy Caution - nice Peanuts!

Half/Stop - gorgeous Bocote 55! I have one in bone, but don't carry it very often as the pull is quite a bit stiffer than I like.

RICKSTER - nice pair of GEC's.

thales2015 - your Davison is stunning!

jrtodd46 - I'm a big fan of the Mini Moose. I hope you like yours as much as I like mine.

Bill - very handsome Canoe.

flatblackcapo - wonderful carry choice today.

I love a handcrafted custom knife with perfect tolerances, and goodness knows I own my fair share. But this $80 GEC I just received has perfectly flush springs in all three positions on both layers  Makes a strong case for the quality one can find even in a production piece.

A little old and new

If the old is in the way............you could send it my way.............

I reckon starting today, I'll be adding this one to the rotation. 3 5/8" closed, single blade ca.1975.

My Grail Knife was with me today...

... and tomorrow and the rest of the coming week!!! Love that one!

Thanks for the kind words, Jack! Much appreciated! Indeed it is a great looking knife, a real beauty and just feels so wonderful in hand.

Nice #68. I have the same one, but took the bail off mine, I didn't like it.

Have a good Sunday folks... I've another 25 with me today a Northfield in walnut bone. No opportunities for photos today. Dark and snowy weather here.

I went with something a little nicer today, a stag Frank Buster Solingen Fight'n Rooster gunstock stockman from 1987.
