What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Jeff,

The stag and shield are fantastic on that knife. I like the blades too. Just a fine fine knife there.:)

Thanks, OH and Primble, it's a near perfect knife- smooth 5 pulls with great snap closing, no gaps ANYWHERE, no rubs, good carbon steel, slightly proud and domed pins (my pref), pen third, terrific matched stag. The equal of any GEC for W&T and F&F, and for way less $$. I probably shouldn't let the cat out of the bag, but these are very undervalued traditionals.

Really nice knife and swell pic too.:thumbup::thumbup::)

It's a beautiful day here (72º and sunny) and I'm carrying this little Case XX today. I hope everyone has a terrific Saturday. :)

That Gulf coast weather sounds a bit like boasting, from where I sit.:D Beautiful red bone Case.;)

Nice #68. I have the same one, but took the bail off mine, I didn't like it.

Thanks. And yes - #68, not #66! It's getting to the point where keeping all these numbers straight is a challenge! :D

Anyway, in anticipation of cracking a nice oatmeal stout later this afternoon, I'm carrying my #15 Crown Lifter on this fine Sunday. Hope you all are having a great weekend!

Lot's of beautiful knives this Sunday.

Smithhammer - I agree with your opinion of the White Owl. Wonderful knife that looks great in ebony, as does your Crown Lifter.

Jack - your R.L. Smith is a real treasure. Classy and beautiful!

GlennH - nice looking Case.

Andi - wonderful knife.

clutchcarter - terrific looking old Imperial.

Paul - hope you have a good Sunday too. The weather is a bit better here as its currently sunny and 63º F. Sorry, Primble - apparently the weather gets better the farther you move away from Basketball Mecca. ;)

Jeff - Wow! That gunstock stockman is fantastic.

joeC76 - terrific knives and coins.

I'm carrying one of my favorites today.

Thank you very much Stephen, I'd say exactly the same about that stunning Davison, no wonder it's one of your favourites :)

Hope you're having a great Sunday

My wife could persuade me to attend the ballet with her too, if she were to buy me an ebony lockback whittler like yours! ;):) I hope you enjoy the performance, and if not, that you are at least consoled by knowing that you're carrying a wonderful knife.

Cutting up apples, potatoes, garlic, and onions over the last few days has brought on this nice patina. Great for breaking down those pesky Christmas cardboard boxes too.

LOL. Stephen, I figure a cultural event on occasion is the least I can do, for someone that puts up with me. She also puts up with having more knives around the house then could be reasonably explained.
