That FB is stunning Kris, even my girlfriend was wowed by it when she glanced at was I was gawping at!

Thanks Jack, it fits my hand like a glove. Your girlfriend has good taste! All the best to you over the holidays.

Headed out to a party after work tonight, these two will be with me,

I'd change my mind too if I had that whitetail stag TC Barlow sittin' in a drawer.

My carry today:

Yes, it's an old picture. Yes, it now has a lot of patina. But I'm a nostalgic fella, and I like the detail in this old picture.

Nice!

I'm carrying mine again today too

I'm pretty impressed with this one - was a bit off-put by the weak half-stop at first, but after using the knife, it's not really a problem (still does the job)…tolerances and F&F at tight (LOVE the long pull), and I REALLY like the CPM 154 - very easy to sharpen and gets screaming sharp. Your thoughts?

That is a nice ALOX Dave. I have never seen one like it....how old is that knife?

Oops I see a 76 on the blade tang?

Finally got setup in my new home. I sure have missed a lot and have some catching up to do...but alas much work to do as well.

These two have been helping out.

I hate to spam this page but I couldn't have said it better Paul, everything on this page is fantastic including your Heritage Jack.:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks Dave, dug out my Yellow Schrade 881Y as I was inspired to do so after seeing yours:thumbup:

I like that knife.;)

I have a Boker made John Primble Barlow, sharpened by Hilborn, that might give it a run for it's money. ;);):)

Thank you Primble for the compliment of the S&M Jack, and I actually should re-phrase and say that a lot of the Old Carbon seems to get so scary sharp (seriously) as your Barlow proved extremely well:)

That's one heck of a knife! Love it.

Thank you David:thumbup:

I love the look of that classic Jack Paul, it inspired me to carry the beautiful old Boker you sent me a while back :)

Thank you Jack, I love to see that Old Boker make it out of the Shoe Shop's display case it was sitting in and be put to good use:thumbup: I still believe there's a tie between Boker and Remington with that frame in particular;)

This one today as it was inspired by Dave:thumbup:

Man, what a Knife Company!!!

I love mine, as far as the half stop I think they rounded the edges to help with the strong spring. I love the strong spring and the thwack if opens and closes with. As soon as my ram's horn comes in I'll have tough decision on which one will stay. Might keep them both lol.
