What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you so much!

Something a little different for me today, an all metal friction folder made by Shelby Mihalevich. Handles are textured copper and the blade is carbon steel. :D

I can't stop staring at this beauty. Is it possible to go blind staring at an Ipad. I think my wife called for me ten minutes ago but I can not be certain.

Some real beauties posted today, especially Erik's copper handled friction folder, Gev's gorgeous stockman, and Paul's wonderful ebony Queen City. :)

Gev - I can't quite make out the tang stamp on that one. Who's the maker?

I'm carrying a swayback by Ken Coats today.

It's a Schrade Cut Co, Stephen. The marks are obscured on this one but there. It needs a cleaning...just wanted to show it in all its 'passed over' glory:D

Your Coats need a "simply to fine not to be on the next page" carry!!

I agree with Brett Erik, Shelby's work is amazing---I peruse his wears when he lists them:thumbup:

The Ulster was in my watch pocket today as I was in clean-up mode from my unfortunate fire event. :o

Gevo - that Schrade looks great next to the Schrade graphics! I figured it out. ;):D

Paul - that Queen City is a real stunner.:eek::thumbup:;)

Stephen - You already know that I like that Coats SBJ a lot !!!:thumbup:;)

Enjoyed a day of Northwoods goodness! The wharnie blades are my favorite... like you already did not know that.

Thank you to Gev, Stephen, Brett, and Paul for the kinds words.

Here is a new one to stare at Brett. Just remember the 20/20/20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something over 20 ft away for 20 seconds and you should be fine. ;)

Gorgeous handles, Todd. Red Micarta and blue bone?
Yes sir... Red Micarta and Blue Camel Bone!

Thank you to Gev, Stephen, Brett, and Paul for the kinds words.

@eschwebach: Yea, I need one of these.

Primble, that Ulster is a real looker, I love the color
Hope everything is OK after your cooking incident.

Today, for the first time ever, the bail got in the way of the blade closing. I got lucky and the blade hit the paracord so it did not ding edge.

I removed the bail on my Wenger Soldier when the blade hit it the first time I used it! Guess I should have had some paracord on that bail!
