What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Primble redbone barlow (I'm guessing 50s/60s), and a 1965 Accutron 214. Trying to keep things roughly period matched.

Enjoying a beer and today's carries after a long week of work(time consuming build of a Toyota 4.0 plus being busy on top of that), Joel Chamblin whittler in stag and CTS XHP and a Marbles Loveless Sport in 4 pin stag and 52100, Claude Scott sheath. Have a great weekend folks.

Lovely carry, and three great pics Kris, that Sport always turns my head. Hope you enjoyed your beer, and are having a good weekend my friend

Jack - nice combo today. I love the old ebony Boker, and the photo of it is just wonderful. Looks to have been a magnificent day when it was taken. :)

Thank you Stephen. Yes, the weather was a lot better when that pic was taken last summer than it has been here this past week. Love the look of the natural micarta on your Bullnose

Jack, you're always carrying some beautiful ebony, my friend! Love that old Boker and the TC,,obviously!

Thanks a lot Perry :) I must admit to being on a real ebony kick recently, it's always been my favourite handle material

Very nice Frank

Mine today, rubbing the shield while it sat quietly in the pocket.;)View attachment 506453

Great pic Perry  I was trying to comment on your lovely knife yesterday and got blocked by a 'Data Base Error'! :( (And I've been trying to post this for the past 30 minutes, so far, with the same error :( :( )

Here's me today :)

Jack
Great picture of the S &M. Glad you brought up Franks beauty...what a knife!

Liamstrain
Great looking Primble barlow...shazam! And that wonderful Accutron compliments the barlow nicely! Well done!

Good morning to you!

It is one of those lazy sundays... I love these days after a stressy week. One day to relax and nothing to work with/at. Except of what is necessary... ;)

The Peanut is with me, almost the hole day...

Gonna take a sleep on the couch with Baby Max and enjoy some beverage :D

The GEC 77 today. I used this as a marking knife to scribe lines on pinewood derby blocks for my boys. They did the design work, sawing, planning and sanding!

The wharncliffe blade works great for a marking knife.

liamstrain - wonderful bone on that Primble Barlow. Very nice!

Jack - those pesky data base errors (not to mention Dot Defender) are a real test of one's resolve. I'm glad you persisted and prevailed though. Another fine ebony choice today.

Bob - good morning to you too.

Invoice - lovely red scales and a very interesting stockman.

Mark - really terrific old Robeson Barlow. I love the saw-cut scales and bolster stamping.

Andi - glad to hear that you're having a good day. I hope you enjoy the nap and the beverages. :)

Bill - nice Barlow. I've read the book but haven't seen the movie. I've heard that it's good though and hope you enjoy it.

Duane - I love the color and jigging of the bone on your 73. The patina and pocket lent and to its character as well. ;) :)

I'm carrying this one today.
