stag Lambsfoot, which Arthur Wright's sell as a 'Senator' for some reason - it was a Christmas present. I haven't carried it much yet, I was a bit disappointed by the stag to be honest, particularly on the mark side. A few more pics.

Sorry about that Wright, Jack- it looks almost like the stuff that used to come out of India at three for a dollar. But Wright's been bought by a conglomerate, haven't they?
Did you ever get to ask Stan Shaw about what I thought was a cigar-box prybar knife?

Camillus 4 line 1944 USCG

A very nice vintage piece there sir!!;)

Primble - stunning photo of two equally stunning old knives. Fantastic bone scales on both. I love the shield and the spear's swedge on the Catt.:thumbup::thumbup:

My carry was kind of boring by comparison to most of the knives posted today, but the slim 66 keeps finding its way into my pocket.

Thank you Stephen - a very fine knife and photo of your GEC Slim 66.:)

A beautiful knife. :)

NYKC Hammer Brand Harness Jack 1917 - 1931

Very nice Hammer Marko! :D

An old Catt in my pocket today:

Love that barlow Whetstone39. Today it's this new beauty. (photobucket isn't cooperating with the rotation)

Some great-looking knives folks

I see the nick there Jack. Even the file work is somewhat second rate from what I see.

Yes, there's a lot of sharp edges from where the knife hasn't been put together properly, very poor work :(

Sorry about that Wright, Jack- it looks almost like the stuff that used to come out of India at three for a dollar. But Wright's been bought by a conglomerate, haven't they?
Did you ever get to ask Stan Shaw about what I thought was a cigar-box prybar knife?

Thanks Jer  Yes, I think they would have thrown that stuff in the bin at one time. Wrights have a (relatively) new owner, John Maleham, but I think it's still a small operation. I'm sorry, I still haven't gotten to see Stan again, he only works a day or two a week in the centre, and if I'm over in Sheffield it's usually on different days. I have been meaning to get over and see him for ages, but the weather spoiled my plans last time. I'll try to get over soon

Beautiful knives being shown today as always.

Primble, that Catt barlow is super sweet. Something about those Catt knives that are just striking.

Today is completely utilitarian for me,, I'm carrying an SAK alox Cadet.

I really dig that chestnut bone finish and the patina on the blade. normally a fan of modern folders but browsing this thread has me really wanting to get a traditional folder, some really elegant blades on show here
