What is that meat? It looks amazing!!!!
Well, as an American you might be shocked.
It's a Swiss speciality called "Mostbröckli", a smoked and dried piece of horse (or more commonly beef) meat.
I know eating horse meat is mostly taboo in the US, but it's just better (please don't lynch me).

Sounds good to me! I love any kind of cured meat.

Thanks! It's one of my favorites--and it's got everything on it (just about) one could need--magnifying glass, phillips, tweezers, toothpick, bottle opener/flat head, and more! Awesome knife!
An Vic Explorer is a nice SAK. I didn´t like it first. But now I appreciate its tool. I don´t need the magnifying glass that often, but the other tool setup is rather nice to have.
BTW: I pimped my Explorer with the same camo handles you did - I thought I made something unique ... :grumpy:![]()
Jack, that Senator is a beauty. I love the bolsters.
A wonderful knife, Paul.
It always reminds me on our formally fellow forum member Vanguard. It´s a pitty we haven´t heard from him in a long long time![]()
Oh, give us some information on that bottom one.
Sounds great, Sturzi. I´m sure it tastes fantastic. We don´t know horse meat the way you do, but in Bavaria Rosswurst (horse sausage) is still very popular.Tastes amazing. In Munich nearby the Viktualienmarkt is even a horse butchery (Pferdemetzgerei). While I was working in Munich I was there rather often for their sausages
Back to topic: Sturzi, your stockman looks great. Is that Osage Orange wood?
