Wow! Some wonderful knives and photos posted today. I didn't get a chance to take a new photo today, but carried the same two as yesterday.

Hey thanks friend. Uh oh what are you about to do with that hammer? :)

The tools were out from my 'fettling' session the other day, some peening and straightening the blade on a Pradel (though I mainly did that with a clamp and vice rather than with the hammer. The parallel punch is WW2 War Department issue. I've still got a couple of penknives to peen :thumbup:

Thanks jack . they have been a little hit and miss of late . but this one is a good example of what they can do when they get it right . and I do love the 01 steel on this knife too
 
This Friedrich Hartkopf, Solingen stag goodness was in my pocket today... :)
