Nice! Is that a pocket sheath or a belt sheath?

I'm guessing its actually a pocket sheath, but the way the clip is designed, it could be worn on the belt too. As far as I can tell, the charcoal 301 is the only one that comes with the sheath now.

Thanks Mike,
I try to drop by as much as I can.
And that's one fine present Travis gave you, I hope he's doing fine.

Today its not really a true traditional, but its a slipjoint ant a working man's knife nonetheless:

I was born on this day in 1971, making today my 39th birthday. Today I am carrying my '71 Soldier and my Case 9 dot (1971) Copperhead in beautiful Redbone. I bought the Case a couple of weeks ago and have been waiting until today to slip her into my pocket.

Fine green on that Menefee Elliott:thumbup:

The radiusing looks particularly well executed. Pattern is interesting, rather like the CASE 'Bird's Eye' bolsterless Stockman in yellow from some time back. That could go on the Best Modern Stockman thread alright:D

Today, I'm proud to announce that this year's Forum Knife just made it under the wire and arrived at my home on the last day of the year, so that is the carry and well worth the wait!

The micarta on that Menefee stockman really pops. It reminds me of an old celluloid pattern.

Thanks, gents! (And happy that you got your knife, William. Enjoy it!)

This one.

It's an interesting knife. The swedging is asymmetrical, the liners a little proud. There's even a small amount of verdigris on the border of the shield. But that same shield is pinned, the stag scales well matched and good looking (for a production knife), and the blades take and hold an incredible edge. Definitely a keeper.

That's fine looking shadow stockman. Rick does really nice work doesn't he? It's a beautiful knife. There's really no contest between a great custom like this and a production knife and you have a great one there.

I just got this in the mail today & immediately replaced my current EDC
Great Eastern Cutlery: Northfield #72 Lockback - Wharncliffe - Ebony Wood - Serialized 1 of 25

The F&F is the BEST I've ever seen in any traditional production knife.Perfectly centered blade, zero blade play, perfect size for EDC personally.Razor sharp OOTB(or tube;)),solid lockup, beautiful ebony wood scales,1095 steel.Honestly there isn't a negative thing I can say about this knife.
I think I may have found my favorite production traditional knife company.

Sorry about the lack of original pics, but I have a very hard time photographing a mirror finish(or producing a quality pic of ANYTHING for that matter:o)

Here's a pic by 'Rick' here on the forums.I hope he doesn't mind me using it.It's almost the exact same knife, except my ebony wood is just a tad lighter.
