I was organizing my tackle box today getting ready for the season. Stripping line off a couple reels and re-spooling. I went with something simple that I typically use for fishing outings. Soddie Jr.
I found this gorgeous Waterfall today.![]()
Remind me to send you a 'swimming knife'... that Charlow you carried this afternoon was still far too nice for deep water.![]()
That jigged bone is something else. I wish modern productions had jigging that good. And the pins are so nicely done too.
F. Hartkopf stag lockback for me today
Forgot to answer the question previously.....Yes it is Osage.Oh man, you have some really sweet #85s
Is it Osage orange?

Thanks Old one, it's one of my favorites.I've seen a lot of 85's that I like a lot, but none more so than this one.
Well equipped for the day I see.I have been down that road and I am familiar with your feelings.
Any one of those three would have made a great carry - heck - just stuff them all in your pockets tomorrow.:thumbup::thumbup:
I switched knives this afternoon, as I went to the lake for a few hours to try some bass fishing. (I was afraid to take my old Catt near deep water)
Only one bite and no fish, which explains why I eventually started playing around with phone pics.

Beautiful Knife BrotherJim, love the filework.
Can't blame you, it's got it all!
If only I could make myself carry a fixed blade, I'd be all over one of those! This is on my hip for the first time today!!!! I adore it.

P.S. - I am glad I'm not Primble...I would be late to work everyday trying to decide which beautiful knife to carry. You have quite the envious collection good sir.
Hope everyone has an amazing Saturday.
