Man oh Man Gevo, you must have an Antique Knife Tree! That is unique with the main blade swege and the wrap around spring on the pen blade......Boker?

Remingtion ...Remington Steel is the name:D

I have been remiss in complimenting your fixed blade design. I would not change a thing. Love the handle and blade shape, my friend. Although I think we need to get Barry to come up with a makers mark befitting of your exemplary craftsmanship.

After a long trip from Florida to San Francisco (I think Acadian was trying to intercept me on the sly) these finally made it to Dallas after a week in the mail. Thanks Gov't run business!

That Evan guy sure does know how to mod/make knives...I am totally elated with these two! The double blade is so daggone narrow.

Sometimes receiving the right knife/knives on a bad day really does help!

Well I made these three today. Next is final sanding and finishing.

I thought I'd mix it up today, and carry something different for a change.

Nah, it was these three again today:

Thanks for all the compliments, everyone!! I just got home after a radiator hose tee break on I-35:D Talk about nightmare...can you say hot!! I fixed it and drove home and now its just a memory. So, I will just say thanks and relax to all your wonderful postings:D

Sounds like you took it in your stride my friend

I felt like carrying this big Joseph Rodgers Sheepsfoot today :) Got my wee Fish Knife in my wallet if I need anything smaller ;)

The fish knive are nice ones. Is it a Mikov, Jack?

Today I´m carrying my trusty Eureka Jack with me around the house.

Unfortunatelly it seems to be totally underrated pattern. I really like it...

Underrated Andi? I think not..well more so as of late it's gotten some love on the 'what are you totin' today threads thanks to you and Primble.
The eureka jack is one of those amazing patterns that fits great right in your hand, is slip and all around looks quirky and interesting to me. :D

Tim, thanks for the advice. I must have missed that :o
Maybe me and Primble brought it some more attention - at least the one it deserves. :)

I had to look up the Mirov fish knives Andi, very interesting  This one, made in China I think, is just the same as one I had as a kid, a real treasured possession. It was recently gifted to me by r8shell, along with some other nice knives, a very thoughtful gift I think, and it brings back some happy memories of sitting on the river-bank fishing in my childhood :)

I really like the look of the Eureka Jack

Well deserved Andi :) I always see you post one or the other up so everyone must know they're well loved. Really nice bone on that one as well
Hope them wisdom teeth aren't hurting you too bad these days. I got all four of mine pulled out on the same day by...MY FATHER ahaha. He's a periodontist/MD and luckily I didn't swell up the next day or have much pain (he's one of the good ones ;) but I know that heat you have over there can make it dang near unbearable. Rest up and heal quick~

Thanks for the recovery wishes, Tim and everyone as well. Much appreciated.

Tim, you post just made me laugh - imagine my own dad doing a dentists action on someone with his favorite tool it would be a crowbar... a very accurate and versatile tool for that kind of stuff... :p :D
But I´m glad it worked great for you.
