What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Back to the new guy on the block

great one Sean, soon he'll be one of the regulars on the block I bet~

This one today with a Bark River Plainsman for riding, after having the OD green Viper darken so much it almost looked black in photos I decided to take a damp scotchbrite pad with some soap to scrub out all the oils. Gave a brushed finish to the beginning cap bolster and hot dog shield and a very nice grain appeared in the OD green.
Nothin' forced at all about that patina folks :D Just a burrito or two after processing cardboard. Love the colours.

Been carrying these 2 for the last couple weeks. I find this combo can handle just about any day to day task I come across.

When my daughter was born on the 2nd I started the hunt for her birth knife and a serialized #2. The Beer Scout with Chestnut sawcut covers ended up being her birth knife. I picked up my first and only 47 as the serialized #2. Rockgolfer did a passaround allowing me to work his 47 a few weeks back so, I knew I would like this knife. Thanks again buddy.

Tim: That sanding on the OD green micarta just looks terrific! and forget about mustard patina, gonna have to do burritos from now on cause that looks "fabulous" my friend!

Brett: I love Vipers and that is one nice boned Viper.

Have the Ebony BS today...too early yet for me to use the caplifter, but i will get there.
