What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I "debruised" about a dozen factory second organic peaches that a part-time father bright into work today. They were incredible!

What a vibrant blue on that Case Macchina~

This whittler has been my carry for a while now.......beer is food.

Beer is definitely one of the main food groups Mark, mainly..carbs!

Beautiful Blackwood Lemmy, I really enjoy the 15 Clip points with that nice swoop of belly.

Everyone going to the Rendezvous today, safe travels on over :)

Early shots as usual round sunrise with the no.15 Boys Knife with the remnant caps of last night.

(For anyone who has ever wondered, the wood piece I use in most of my shots was part of my latrine 'shovel'
I got lucky in finding at a boot camp and found a semi dried out root with a nice curve and clubbed 'giraffe' head at the end.)

That is awesome, what a great thing to save! I love the long-pull clip on that 15. I think spear blades look nice with long pulls but on a tall clip it's almost mandatory.

How old is the shovel is the shovel handle?

Thank you and likewise, the long pull on the clip blade is a must for me as well. it just adds and exentuates that sleek swedge down to the point.
Aha the head of the 'shovel' glorified tree root to bash in dirt aha is about..5 years old now. I came home after a long after working overseas to find the 'handle' of it ravaged by ants so I broke the head off to keep as a memento.

For the first time in years i am carrying a SAK on its own and it has been a revelation, since i have had this Cadet i have carried it as a backup to a GEC,Case or something similar i viewed it as useful for it tools, today i have been using it as my primary ( only ) carry, in the past i never really trusted those thin blades but these days i mostly cut paracord, paper, cardboard and some food prep and that blade is a scalpel . Living as i do in a country that is paranoid about "Knife crime" a SAK is one knife that does not send people screaming for the exits. I think i may be getting more into this SAK thing.

Thanks Erik and Jack : Erik that is a great looking Sheath. Too bad that I don't have a Boker yet or I would have to get one.

Carrying these today. I'm fooling around with some of the editing features and a text app on my smartphone.

I just wish the darn thing took a better initial image. I'm just not enough of a perfectionist to set up the EOS 40D for forum pics.

I'm glad some of you folks are. I really enjoy the great pics!

Outta Sight!!!! More pictures of that one anytime!! And I need a key to the rabbit hole;)

Thanks Gevo! I will take some more when I can. It is a solid knife for it's age and in a slim package at 3 11/16" long. :)

Watch your mailbox....got something for you;)

Today, I'm carrying some gnarly ol' Ram's Horn with Incidental Lime Wedge Damascus... ;)
