What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Our shiny new knives dream of looking this good one day. Real nice Gev.
These two felt right today

After a week of vacation I'll be opening a lot of envelopes today.:thumbdn: This little knife will make that mundane task a little bit enjoyable I hope.

Just came in today's mail and into the pocket it goes

Ryan - Top one headed your way - You have to sharpen it yourself though :D

Beautiful work yet again Mark, that bottom grain is fantastic! And the Morgan with the Ancient Barlow go together perfectly

Totin the 2 new arrivals today. (Note to future self, dust off desk before taking pictures. Seriously.)

Kutmaster Barlow (which will be skinned and rescaled). Not a terrible buy for $9 including shipping.

And a Camillus swell center whittler:

Some interesting details that weren't highlighted in the sales listing. Worked center scale, and a coined edges on the top of the scales.

I've been inspired to oil this one up, and give it a try.

I posted this with six others in the "old knife" thread but here is what I'm carrying today:

Challenge Cut Co:
It is a “Balloon” pattern in pearl with tip bolsters and three blades. Incredibly strong snap and in shockingly good condition considering its 100 years old

Beautiful! Hoping to get one of these in the spear coming up :)

All bone today :).

Great pair. Those fixed blades sure seem to be making people happy around here

Moore Maker large stockman
This one as well. I am a single blade man myself but you all sure do have some neat multiblades.

Lots of great-looking knives today folks

Neat pic of the TC Barlow Jack.:) Maybe you can find a NYKC Barlow and ditch the compass. ;):D

Thank you, with those two together, the compass only points in one direction - directly to the Barlow! :D
