My granddaddy's 1982 Buck 110. He bought this knife the same month/year I was born with the idea of passing it to me. When he passed my grandmother presented me with this beautiful knife. I remember fishing and hunting with this piece of family history, never knowing it would one day be mine to pass to my son, Gibson. Just got her back from a week at the Buck Forever Warranty spa. Looks like she will last another 32 years and then some! Glad to have her back.

Out inspecting some tree stands today, so I am carrying this in a belt sheath instead of my usual pocket sheath.

Great knives everyone, and Nice 83's ! Looks like a great EDC. Here is something I just picked up this weekend. Loving the character on this old beauty.

Tim & Eric Thanks for your appreciation I've been most surprised by the Beer Scout, when it came out I was indifferent , not another 15??:o But after seeing some of the variants I got impressed by the Ivory Bone. It's turned out far better than I anticipated, a highly practical carry and offers a fine contrast between the patina and smooth bone. Normally, I look askance on bails/shackles - they take up room, get in the way of closing etc but not on this pattern. If anybody is on the fence, treat yourself to one it's a wonderful user.:D

Totin' my John Primble Belknap HDW. & MFG. Co. jack knife that Halfstop gave me at the Rendezvous. Thanks again my friend.:)

More pics in the Primble thread.

Hoping to get out for a hike early in the morning :) Got my bag packed, and these two sitting ready on the (slightly tidier than a couple of days ago) kitchen table

Look what I missed while I was away ! Wonderful pair my friend !!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:;):D

Still carrying them today. Thank you kindly, my friend!

Jack
I wish you the best of weather and a beautiful walk!! Beautiful compass and companions!

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
And....May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
