What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks Dave, they had a little sambar at the factory :) Here it is open

Thanks Jack, I really like the Lambfoot. I just saw a video interview with John from A.Wright and thought I saw one like yours with Snakewood covers near the end of the video.

Dave - Sorry I missed this question earlier. Yes I believe it is one of Mike's. I love 85's, especially the EO's.
Thanks Mark, I thought it looked familiar. Fantastic knives all around. :D

They call the pattern a 'Senator', not sure why, but I think they did a great job of this one, and John was very pleasant to deal with. That's a good video, I'd not seen it before, thanks for the link

I have some of the Dunhill Early Morning and it about knocked my slippers off...very hearty to be smoked early morning haha. I'm still a beginner when it comes to pipes though.

Carrying the new Scratted Bone today!

Nice blade!

early morning is a more mild blend, less nicotine etc. Go for a tin of Nightcap, it will really put you back in your seat! Smells like pine tar soap on the note and smokes well.

Depsite not being a veteran smoker I can say it is strong flavoured and quite strong in the nictoine, but still a nice full bodied puff. I have a Mr.Plumb handmade pipe in the mail from Poland! ;) Shoukld excite my enthusiasm somewhat.

Great choices Jake and Jack !:)

Two of my favorites in my pocket today. Going to change my fishing strategy today and go by the solar-lunar table. It's going to be hot after lunch ! ;):D

Really nice 83's you have there Mark, I wonder how the patina is going to show up on the ancients due to the scaling or if it might turn one matte gray instead of rainbows.

Moving away from alox and starting to carry a traditional as a backup.

Always loved this knife and was lucky enough to find an untouched example. It's sat in its box since 2003 and now it'll finally be carried.
