Ron Once again some highly appealing Ivory Bone, great pattern too.

Gary Naturally the knife in knice:D but I really like those Mercury Dimes ( at least I think that's what you call them??) Pretty penny:thumbup:

Thanks, Will

This is by far one of the most beautifulest Case Knives I've ever had the pleasure of owning. The photos truly don't do it justice. Mind you, I love blades with Damascus and Swedges, but to incorporate both into a single blade.....

I can tell you one thing, it has answered any questionable doubt I may have had in acquiring a Case/Bose Collaboration piece..... so Lanny's Clip here I come!!! :) :D

Thanks, Will. It's a real nice knife and I'm glad I snagged one early on. I figured William Scagel was was about 43 years old when they first minted those coins in 1916. I wish he'd made my Fruitport! :D

Off topic Mercury Dime fact (I found it on the interwebs, that means it's gotta be true):

The Winged Liberty Head dime is most commonly referred to as a mercury dime. Most people assume the coin contains an image of mercury the greek messenger and god of trade. The figure is in fact lady liberty with wings on her head. The wings represent freedom of the mind or freedom of thought depending on what story you read.

Very nice Scagel with great stag Gary, but more importantly........ do you have the 1916-D in your Mercury dime book?!

I just got this 83 in the mail :)

I think I have a roll of them somewhere, Mark. ;)
Nice stag on that 83!

I've been totin' my black Alox Pioneer lately, but decided to switch it up for National Knife Day. Grabbed the Taramundi to tag along for some range time today.
