Those beauties ought to bring him home, Primble!!! Strong medicine right there;)

Primble and Gev - Hopefully all these beauties will to do the trick! If they don't, Pam and I are going to LA (Lower Alabama) to visit our daughter over Labor Day weekend. If Stephen hasn't shown up by then I will get up a search party! :D:eek::D Oh, I almost forgot! Maybe if you guys could just mail those beauties to me, well you know, he might be able to catch their scent if I get close to him. That would definitely get his attention! ;);):rolleyes::D

I decided to let this 85 out today

IMG_1207.jpg

That's one I could lose my mind over, real art:thumbup: I like it raw rather than boiled too:D

Looking at an old Vincente Milleni film on You Tube the other day, 'Lust for Life' starring Kirk Douglas (still alive, near a 100...) as the artist Vincent van Gogh where he says " I want to paint a picture where a man can ruin himself, fall into despair, commit a crime..." this knife does it:D:thumbup: 'Lust for Knife' Magic stuff:thumbup:

Will - That is a beautiful 85, lots of character!:) Thank you for the compliment on the TC! It is special to me as Charlie and I picked it out together. It was one that to us, seemed to have the most character of the remaining available choices. :)

Fine example of the 85, Will. No wonder the speared teardrop is frequently mentioned in the "if you could design your own gec sfo" thread.

Thanks Steve and Ron:thumbup:

I like the fat Spear on the 85 and certainly wish they'd do another run , I think others share that hope too.....I've only got 3 of this pattern. the Forum Knife, an EZ-Open single in Stag and this Jack in Stag - which I 'enhanced' with a tea dye bath for a crypto Mammoth finish:D All users.

Regards, Will
