Thank you, Harry!! It is a treasure to me, one I've wanted for some time. I will have a good time getting the barnacles off tonight;)

Primble

See above, my friend!!! Gonna give it the Primble action tonight!

Whoa Gevo - that is a super beauty !!! I don't see any barnacles on the bolster - must be the blade. Looking forward to the results my friend. If the pen blade is broken, that NY knife Barlow would be a good guide, IMO. ;):D The bone and bolster are fabulous !

That's a lovely shade of green there, reminds me that I've been neglecting my 66 :)

Jack - Thank you for the compliment :) I see below where you remedied the neglect :thumbup::D

Thank you my friend. Liking' the dogleg. :thumbup::thumbup::)

Primble - Thanks friend :thumbup::D

Thanks Ron, it really hasn't had enough pocket time recently, going to put that right today :) :thumbup:

Jack - Looks good in the sunlight :thumbup::cool:

Appreciate that Ron:thumbup: And your Dogleg - a far too neglected pattern I reckon :confused: - inspired me to carry this version. Off to the country place today and it's harvest time in the veg.garden, this is just right for gathering broccoli :D:D

Enjoy yourselves, Will

Will - Love that EO and love Broccoli also:) Happy Gardening!:thumbup:

Gev - What beach you been hanging out on?:D Very nice old Schrade! :thumbup::D

Maiden voyage of my 83 in purple sage.. the overlooked member of the 83 line up imo. : )

Drew - Great photo of a beautiful 83! :cool::thumbup:

Harry - There may be a little red though I am not sure it is the stag. It may be blood. Wish I could say the blood was earned through a more manly way other than filing and receiving a paper cut. :D

A long crazy week needs to end with a reward. This one will be my reward formthe weekend. Hope you all have a great one.

Brett - Outstanding Stag on #10 :thumbup::D And that Red Stag is WOW! on that 72 :thumbup::D

Phillip - A great photo of that Scout! :cool::thumbup:

I had this little old thing with me today ;):rolleyes:

I already have out the NY knife and can now more fully appreciate the time you put into that knife. I need some new cut off wheels for the dremel, seems I'm out. I sure hate to cut off the stump anyway because if operates smoothly and has a wonderful untouched tang stamp on it, whereas the main blades is quite weak:confused: It's cleaned up and prepped for reconstructive surgery. Still thinking about my anesthetic protocol....I'm going to need it:eek::D

Gev - What beach you been hanging out on?:D Very nice old Schrade! :thumbup::D

If you cut it off diagonally across the tang, then you can save that untouched stamp in your Voodoo box. Well - half of it anyway ! ;):D:D:D

You need to step up the courage my friend ! Then we can start calling knife improvements Gevonovichalization ! :eek::eek::p:D

There is nothing i like more then seeing sparks fly...eye of the tiger:D They don't call me Gevo the Red Badge for nothing. And...I think we should just stick with the established nomenclature:D:eek::p

BrotherJim
