What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you Erik! And thank you, too, Primble!

I don't take this one out of the safe too often (B-day gift from my gal a couple years ago). Here's another looksie:

Beautiful Derek!!! Love the firesteel tool!!! Is that from Bark River as well?

Carrying this Lloyd today and I've fallen for it pretty fast. Love John's eye for lines and materials.

Evan, that is one of the most beautiful knives that I have ever seen!

I had the #8 with me today.

I've had most of my knives in storage, but today I broke out my very first traditional for the first time in a few months. It felt like an old friend riding along with me.

The patina on the copper is what I was trying to capture in this photo, somewhat successfully. It's tricky!

(The knife is a Ka-Bar Dog's Head Coppersmith Barlow.)

The ancient barlow is taking on a nice patina.

This combination has been getting pocket time for the past few weeks now.

Frosty start this morning, sun is coming up, these two are with on this beautiful day

Joel Chamblin whittler and a Sparrow from Sean O'Hare in a Claude Scott sheath, both in stainless damascus from the talented forger, Mike Norris

That's nice. Is it natural bone?. I like it, reminds me of Schrade stagalon, which I have a soft spot for.

Today it's my Case-Bose WT and a little B&T from Tom Krein.

Hey Dadpool the Dog's looking real good!

I have been keepin' with these two for awhile. The lime cutter will actually cut some limes later today:p

Thanks, SAK Guy! And, yes, the firesteels are also from BRKT. I try to pair them when I can - with wood it's hard sometimes because of the color variations (see the Lignum Vitae in the first photo), but with synthetic materials, it's much easier to get a good match (like with the white Micarta in the second photo):
