What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Mods . . . there has to be some penalty for this egregious behavior, with, of course, some leniency since he admitted it himself.

Bastid, Blues, what do you think . . . a scarlet letter on his forhead at BLADE maybe!?! :D

After starting the EDC rotation process with this Stockman several days back, I thought it appropriate to use her for cutting into a very large and juicy Washington state apple while having my lunch today.. I guess this is my favorite part of breaking in my knives.. :) .. :D

.. I still get a real thrill when I re-discover again(it seems like for the first time :D) the colors of the rainbow in my good old fashion hi-carbon steel of my pocket knife!. Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Green, Charcoal, Purple, ect, ect, ..

My life is over! I will take my punishment like a man. I will now retreat into the shadows where I will carry a dumb SOG and Boker linerlock (WITH CERAMIC BLADE!!!!!!!!!) until my exile is over.

Thanks, I really like the Amber Carved Stag Bone that Queen uses. It's also nice how thin this pattern is with the single spring.

mine is muuuuch newer, handles are almost exact to yours
did you pimp it? looks like you sanded the bolsters

Maxx

I've actually had this one for about a year. I decided that I wanted to get rid of the shininess, so I took a scotchbrite pad to the bolsters. I was going to satin finish the blades with sandpaper as well, but decided to give it a vinegar patina instead.

Today I'm carrying this Camillus folder. This was my dad's knife when I was a small boy in the late 50s. I just finished cleaning it up and oiling/sharpening it. It was a nice feeling to be carrying it today.

Chris.

What a treasure you have there!

A brand spanking new Case amber peach seed bone 6347 Stockman. Sorry no images as the camera is packed ready for the big move to Dallas! I did hand pick this one at the big store that uses bass in it's name. The bone is the prettiest and most matched up I've seen yet in this particular bone!

I carried my Schrade 194OT liner lock trapper today. It's been a good while since I carried it and it was great to have this old friend in my pocket today. Not a lot of knife work to do today, but I did open mail with it.

Campbell, I have found that if I duct tape a knife to my forehead each night before I go to bed I remember to put it in my pocket after brushing my teeth the next morning.

Got this Norfolk riding with me today:

Kerry, is three knives really enough?

I'd carry more if it were practical. :D I usually only have two and I ALWAYS carry the top one ;) but today, I couldn't decide on which one of the Case knives to leave at home. :o
