Being at home in the morning. Looking forward on a great afternoon on the fire range today... :)

GEC BullNose in green micarta for me today

:)

Andi - The Bull Nose is a great knife! Be safe at the range! :)

Jolipapa - That is a beautiful Ohta! We don't see many with wood, seems like mostly Stag! :)

I have this 2 blade NorthField Barlow this morning! In anxious anticipation of a future mail delivery!:D

...Today I carried an often overlooked (by me) Queen Copperhead 41. I don't know why it sits all lonesome because it's a pretty decent knife aside from the thick grind that's typical for Queen knives.

Sweet knife, Bob!

This has claimed the pocket since I got it last week, really bonding with this one

That's a splendid knife and pic, Drew!

All nice knives and pictures fellow forum members:thumbup:

Haven't had a chance to post much of late but ALWAYS enjoy it when I can. Just a broad given thanks to so many, Gev, Tim, Bob, Ron, Erik, Jack, Andi, Henry, Jeff/s, Rob, Mark and so many others, you all make this place so great....come later this Fall/Winter I will be back to participate more:cool:

This Stag #73 has completely commanded my attention, love it:thumbup:

...
Glad to see you had time to post, Paul, and hope you're right about participating more later! I've been amazed by your (and all the other) stag 73s whose photos have been gracing the Forum all summer!!

These are my everyday carry.
...

Harry

Stunning stag, Harry!

I like locking Traditionals:thumbup:

This one is Camouflage Sambar:D

Love your "camo", Will; just astounding stag on that lockback!

Good old George
Always enjoy seeing your beloved George, Rachel!!

...
It's Friday, so I have a Scout on me just in case I encounter a bottle of refreshing beverage. Statistics show encounters of this nature occur much more frequently on Friday, ergo I am prepared.

Great to see a prime example of applied statistics improving our lives!! Fantastic pic of your Scout, Erik!

The one that got me into traditionals...

What a fabulous knife, sturzi; I can see how that one could broaden someone's horizons!

Ye Olde Precious... :)

Everytime I let this one slip into my pocket... it just feels right - just right. :)
Always enjoy seeing that old friend of yours, Andi!!

I am carrying several today. Recycling prior pics of them, but they all pretty much look the same:

GEC #12 Powderhorn Jack, my most frequently carried GEC:

Case Sod Buster Jr. in Chestnut Bone CV.

Case Medium Stockman 63032 in Chestnut Bone CV.

Also in pocket are my Victorinox silver Alox Cadet, and silver Alox Mini Champ (not pictured).

No, I have no need to carry 5 pocket knives at once. But my jeans have five pockets so I figure why not get full use out of the pockets.
+ 5K! I totally agree with the philosophy you express here, John! And I also affirm the quality of all 5 knives you've selected!

...I'll be rising early for a full day in Sheffield tomorrow, heading to the annual steam gathering at Sheffield Industrial Hamlet. They've spent a bit of money on the place since my last visit. Should be a great day out hopefully

Going to be carrying my scratted bone Ancient Barlow

Have a great adventure, Jack; your trip can hardly be other than satisfying with the scratted bone in your pocket! (Gotta get me one of those book-holders!!)

Wow, that's a beauty! Can you give us some details about that knife, please?

Cracked ice Schrade Imp11 canoe

Is that one of the new Taylor Schrade canoes? I'm seriously considering getting one of those. How do you like yours?

Work is really busy these days, so I'm not posting as much as I'd like to (which may be a relief to the rest of you :p), but I still try to at least READ quite a few posts each day. Thanks for all the interesting posts everyone makes!

This LF&C from Markesharp (anyone know what he's up to these days?) has handled most of my cutting needs this week.

I've also been totin' a RR Scout and an 85 in buffalo horn (beautifully modded by Paul Hilborn) all week.

EDIT: I'm an idiot! :( While I was posting a photo of that astounding 85, one of my favorite knives and a grail knife for me, I was also apparently running the 85 and a leather pouch it was in through the washing machine after a hasty and defective pants-pocket emptying session!

That red looks like strawberry ice cream! Fantastic!

There were lots of wood Ohtas at the paris show, it seems he has several lines of knives depending where he sells.

Thanks Gary. Your knife will be fine with a little oil. Probably can't say the same for the leather pouch. :( :D
