  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

My shop is closed today, so I get to hang with my daughter all day. Cook a nice lunch and get some yard work done before the snow comes. These two are with me on this fine day,

Boker Kressler Integrance, D2 and stabilized beech wood, a very well made knife with even grinds(I suspect EDM wire cut) and a nicely tapered tang, along with a swayback from Todd Davison in Sambar stag and ATS 34. Elephant slip by Claude Scott

Have a great day, folks

Small Texas Jack was with me today... a great knife I was gifted by our fellow forum member Ed (TLARbb)

I'm not great at multi-quoting from my phone but there's been a lot of variety in our knives over the last few days...that's good to see!! Hope you all had a great weekend.

I'll be carrying the Dowell again today (Bret's photo)

wow that's a sweet Dowell Jake. Superb patina!

That's a great knife, Andi. I sure do miss Ed. He was a regular fixture around here when I first joined up. A number of my early Case acquisitions were inspired by his posts. He pops in every once in a while but I guess he decided to tone down the knife hobby significantly.

Indeed, John. Ed is a great man. I really like him very much. He told me more than a year ago (IIRC) that he is more into guns now than into knives. But whenever I took out this particular knife I remember Ed and his generous gift. :)

Nice!

I carried this for some yard work before heading back to school today:
