What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Very nice IRJ Tim! Is it just the reflection or is the shield and bolsters copper/bronze?

I picked this Bull Nose this morning.

Haha I think its just the reflection Luc, nice bullnose. Mine was also very dark when I first got it so I gave it a good scrub as well. Much darker Natural Canvas Micarta than the current iteration that just dropped.

Not carrying today as I am stuck at my desk, so these are sitting there. I've only recently got into traditional knives.

An American in Paris. No, two!

Just fantastic JP! Makes me quite Breathless I wonder if Jean-Paul Belmondo has just stepped out of that Thunderbird? :D And that's the right type of T-Bird too not those bloated horrors that came later:eek: Lovely colour that cream as well. Despite the recent horrors, it's so good to see the irrepressible nature of Paris blooming forth. A beautiful city, well, Roma shades all, but...:D

Oh and that Quiet American in your hand is completely at ease there, most impressive.

Thanks, Will

I'm still on the fence about the look of Natural Canvas Micarta. I will always pick OD when it's an option, but if the only Micarta option is Natural, I'll probably still get it and try to get it darker..

I can't recall the last time I've seen a Micro Slither anywhere, nor do I ever recall seeing one this fancy. It's a fun little thing and sharp as the dickens. IIRC, this was my first BRKT.

Cool Mikro Slither JCurd! I love those tiny BRKTs, i carry a Mikro Canadian some of the time. They are sharp as the dickens, thats for sure. A lot of cutting power in a small package.

Thanks for the kind comment Primble.

Your threesome, just wow!!! Your pictures have inspired me to try and do better with mine.

I carried two today.

True, it could be a scene of A bout de souffle or Pierrot le Fou, parked anywhere... :D And that V8 noise...

Thought I would add my brand spanking new Bull Nose to all the great sod busters posted on here past couple days. I really did not know what to expect, my first one, BAZINGA! Love this thing!

Really like your Bullnose, Drew.

Yours too, Josh.

A night shot of my carry for today.

Lovely knives being shown today. As for me, I spent the day on the road and am just now settling into my hotel, but have this dogleg with me.

I've never been as absent from this forum as I have been the last ten weeks. I peruse through my phone when I can sneak a peak during the day...never get to post much but always enjoys logging on...seeing my friends post their knives makes me happy.

Well this one came in from mine and your friend Bob "Bigbiscuit". It's a #79 Sleeveboard with one of his exceptional mods on the main blade. All knives are special from friends...Bob, get better brother, me and many here are praying for you and your family...get better brother, get better:thumbup:

Please excuse the awful picture, but I love this knife, because of the mod and the man who made it, so I wanted to post it tonight.

Paul - Thank you my friend for showing this lovely sleeve board. I have several knives that I got from Bob. Some later thru purchases but one special one, the first was a surprise gift from the goodness of that big heart. Get well Bob, my friend, we all miss you. :)
