My new Winchester 2935 for today. The pinned shield was not inletted evenly, so I had to clean up the old glue, which had turned green with age, and then re-peen the pin, and buff the shield smooth and flat on the polishing lathe. She looks sharp, now.

Snowed in with snow coming down right now at 2 inches per hour. Decided on my Redbone Stockman and the Cattaraugus 22256 Jack. The main on the Catt is a bit more used than I usually buy, but, it is still a nice solid and snappy old knife:

Guess I better get out and start shoveling.

Do warm up the muscles before you go out and remember layers! Great looking knives!
