This one today and I'm thinking for quite sometime...
Thank you Mark!!!
Goodness gracious, that's wonderful stag; congrats on an exquisite knife, Paul!
And kudos to Mark for his artistry!

GT - the Winchester shines brightest to me out of that litter.

Been a while since I was called a kid ! I kinda like the ring to it.
...
Gary
I too really like the Winchester! I am really enjoying the DE and it sure got sharp!
...
Gary - Thanks for that my friend.

Love that Winchester.
...
Today I was totin my Northwoods IRJ
...
Realized it's been way too long since I carried an IRJ...
Bark River City Knife, Northwoods Indian River Jack
Thanks for the Winchester compliments, Primble & Gev & Ron.

Primble, I admit that once in a blue moon I'll give you a semi-hard time just for sport

, but now I don't know if you're paying me back with clever word games or not!

I don't know if you're using "litter" in the sense of, say, a cat's offspring, and implying that I love the knives I show almost like children, or if you're using "litter" in the sense of "$200 Fine for Littering" and implying that my knives are trash!

Ron and Mike, those IRJs are first-class; each has fantastic color!
I've had quite a busy week accumulating stag.
...
Congrats on the terrific stag trio, shootquinn!
Thanks
GT and
Ron ...
It was a Tidioute Tuesday
The sawcut antique amber TC always makes my heart skip a beat or two, Tim! Famous knife, IMHO!
Thanks GT, terrific trio
...
John Ryalls & Sons (1890-1915) Sleeveboard for me today...
Along with this WW1 Joseph Allen 'Gift Knife'...
Thanks, Jack.

I enjoy your fine pair of oldies, since my age is also relatively advanced!

Why is the Allen called a "Gift Knife"?
It's from the copper mine down near Silver City NM where I'm from. These are formed as the ore goes through the smelter. So it's a copper glob!
Thanks for the info, Mitch. Man, was I wrong!

I thought it was some kind of edible treat!
Case/Bose Lanny's clip today. Y'all have a good day!
Yowza, that is fancy!
...
Please excuse the dirty City Knife, didn't realize it wasn't clean until after uploading the pic. Breakfast burrito remnants
Another first-rate pair, Tom, whether or not they're in need of cleaning!

...
And....for knife content. The pile side of the Shapleigh on the stump. Tomorrows carry. Note those nickel liners
That knife is worth every penny, Gev! That pile side photo really shows off the fabulous bone!
Alox lumberjack is with me today at the shop,
Fetching green Alox, Kris (and an incredibly immaculate workbench in your shop

)!
...
Woods from the Catt factory today:
( I am working on cleaning up a bare-head jack that is otherwise the same as the Catt jack above, 3.25" closed )
Foxy Catts, Primble!
That's a fascinating photo, jrawk!
That's a fine, funky whittler, Mike , but my eyes aren't good enough to read the tang stamps or blade etch!

If you have time, would you provide some details about the knife? Thanks!
Some beauties as usual today everyone! Ebony 73 for me today!
That ebony 73 is very fashionable, Ron!
Just got this in from Traumkommode and love it
Congrats on your felicitous new TC, Kymedic!
Congrats on the Boker Barlow, Dan! They have such a distinctive look!
...
Dual 25s for me today
Those are a pocketful of fun WLSTs, Jack!
Cool photo, Will; the tortoise shell covers on your knife look just like the campfires!
...
Case Half Whittler joining the Little Creek today.
Fetching pair, Mike! I was recently thinking about half whittlers and pen knives and mini copperheads, trying to compare and contrast. Does your half whittler have a backspring set-up that's different from a little pen knife (a blade at each end)?
A few more knives I've been carrying this week:
a Colt teardrop jack
a Taylor-Schrade 44OT Workmate
a Rough Rider small stockman, scrimshaw by r8shell, that I carry every day
