What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Mr. Jack - looks like you have caught Pertinux fever my friend ! ;):D:thumbup:

Love this new Davison! It's close to the same size as a #15 with a touch more handle...

Pretty bone on that one Jake !:)

And....for knife content. The pile side of the Shapleigh on the stump. Tomorrows carry. Note those nickel liners:p

Beautiful my friend !!! :eek::thumbup::thumbup::)

Primble, I admit that once in a blue moon I'll give you a semi-hard time just for sport ;), but now I don't know if you're paying me back with clever word games or not! I don't know if you're using "litter" in the sense of, say, a cat's offspring, and implying that I love the knives I show almost like children, or if you're using "litter" in the sense of "$200 Fine for Littering" and implying that my knives are trash!:D:D
Ron and Mike, those IRJs are first-class; each has fantastic color!

GT - the Old Timer is my pick of that litter, old timer. I don't ever (or hardly ever) post hidden meanings - probably just your conscience at work !;):D

P.S. - giving Primble a hard time just for sport just might earn you some serious demerits - just sayin'. :grumpy::D

Starting the day off right! How can it go wrong from here? :-)

Oeser Native in RAG Micarta and
Jon Graham Wee SS in Marbled CF.

That Oeser is amazing, especially the RAG micarta. Must be pleasure to just look at all the day! :D

Thanks everybody for your comments.

The knife is a very nice and sleek present from my fine friend M.Jolipapa, great faux Shadow.

The photograph is a rare actual colour photograph - not tinted or coloured later - of French soldiers (infantry and artillery I believe) taking a break around a campfire prior to their decisive victory in the Battle of the Marne in September 1914.

Thanks, Will

That is some fine vintage sawcut on the covers Dan. Show us that clip blade on the Boker:thumbup: I kept thinking that the fixed blade had a drop point, not a clip...:p

keeping with the FB and a CSC drop point hunter horn covers ( although blurry)and a terrific view at 8750 ft.

Two fine knives there Steve !!! Does the fixed blade one have Rams horn covers ???? I think I could get lost in the pictures of mountain side . Just beautiful IMO !!!!!

Harry

Still toting this guy. Second week and may go for a third. I'm super happy about my new chemistry hanks. They match my knife well.
