Looks nice Ron

My works tends to come in waves, and this week has been a lot easier than the previous few :) Have a good Friday everyone, the weekend is nearly here  I'm finding it hard to kick these two out of my pockets ;)

Jack - Thank you my friend. That Horn and Stag just keep getting better and better! I know exactly what you mean about the waves. The only problem I have is they are all over my head!:eek:

I love this knife with the acorn shield. Very nice.

Luc - Thank you for the compliment on my Viper and what a beautiful Talon you have there!

These today . A 73 and a Schrade Walden 8OT . Never had a Schrade Folder before 5 days ago. Picked it up for $5 and had to clean it up a lot. It had rust pitting pretty bad . Sharpened up well and I am favorably impressed . I see now why most people like them !!!!

Harry

Harry - I have a soft spot for those 8OT's. That was my grandfathers favorite knife. That one you have if I am not mistaken is probably mid to late 60's vintage, with the Match Strike pull. I have my grandfathers and I have one that I bought from Brett (KBA) that is almost mint. They are very well made hard working knives. You did good my friend for that $5 dollar bill! :D

I picked up this previously owned East Indian Rosewood Viper from the exchange. It came in the mail yesterday and it went into the pocket today! :D

Keepin' it small, light, and classy today. I really wish the swayback had a lanyard hole to make it easier to draw from the slip!

Great looking pair. What sheath came with the Stag Gnome? I have the Olive Wood Gnome that came with leather and Barbie sized belt loop. And the Micarta with an actually usable Kydex slip. I certainly don't need another Gnome, but I'm really loving the little slabs on yours.

Decided to put a twist on Old Friends Friday. It's now "Old New Friends Friday". All three of these knives are on their first carries, though none are spanking new acquisitions. Two of them are basically mystery knives.

LF&C stag(?) pen, Wolstenholm I*XL Barlow in bone(?), Camillus-built Remington in green/yellow Delrin

I made sure to post this early in hopes that Jack Black sees it. The I*XL Barlow isn't just an ordinary Barlow... It's got a single lambsfoot blade! I nearly passed on it because of the broken tip but I figured it would eventually sharpen out, and it was too unique for me to say no.

Nice trio TB, and that's a super interesting IXL Barlow :)

That's great character Harry

Jack - Thank you my friend. That Horn and Stag just keep getting better and better! I know exactly what you mean about the waves. The only problem I have is they are all over my head!:eek:

Thank you Ron :) Keep swimming my friend! ;) :D

I'm bristling today! :D Have a great weekend everyone

Mornin all! I'm in a slightly better mood today.

If I'm not mistaken, this one was recently picked up on the exchange. It is very handsome.

I need another 25. I keep giving them them away to my relatives.
