Gary, love the color and jiggin' on the RR, it still blows me away that they can make a decent blade at such a low price, just shows you what they can do and they bring back so many no longer produced by anyone or if it's made it's extremely expensive. Certainly not for under $15 but they manage. :)

Thanks and yes it's a pretty nice folder a constant watch pocket carry

Personally, I wouldn't. The #14s pen is pointy enough that it doesn't need it in my opinion, and it's such a good looking piece, it would be a pity to go all cosmetic on it.

The more I look at it, the more I think you're right, Paul. It's a narrower and pointier blade than I expected from pictures. A very useful shape and besides, the belly will probably straighten out on its own after years of use and sharpening. :)

Like every day for the past few months, the little Peanut has been along went along for the ride today. I took a quick hike, and started a small fire just to keep up my skills. Many a feather stick was made, an apple peeled, and a splinter removed. I have grown quite fond of this little guy, and I don't see putting her in the sock drawer any time soon.

Upon arriving at the summit, I realized that a flint and steel set was the only way I had to make fire. So, things got interesting...

I have been working around the house all day. I didn't find a single task that these 2 would not handle. :D

That one has been through quite a few hands. I hope it's still wickedly sharp!!

Despite my groaning table, I've not actually been to many flea-markets this year, or to a single 'car-boot sale'. Off to the first of the year this morning though, with my two trusty sidekicks :) Have a happy Sunday everyone

How was the film Jack? What did you see?

Same as yesterday, I know, but I had forgotten how useful it is :)
