What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I always enjoy seeing your Abbeydale, Jack. If knives could talk, it'd be high on my list to buy a pint for and listen to its stories. Perhaps some day I'll be traveling through England and can apply that pint to you instead. :)

After a break while I've been traveling, the Conductor Whittler is seeing pocket time again today.

Beguiling wharncliffe Teardrop, Gary! And thanks for the fascinating pics of the Case museum you posted in the lounge; sounds like you had a great trip!

Thanks, GT! That's quite the line up you've got. The Old Timer is the little 108OT.

In honor of Buzzbait's Pa and my Paw Paw, bone handled Peanut and my grandfather's old Craftsmen. Have a beautiful day, everyone.

Thanks, Gary! A Pioneer is a great knife to carry and that pocket slip gives it a classic look.
...
I was feeling like some red in my pocket today.

Thanks for the Pioneer props, Dean. I'll go with my usual cliche for posts that show two (or more) ravishing red knives: Rojo Mojo!

GT
Thanks and it warms my heart as well:D You've got a real covy going!

GT, I might have to send my new Opinel No. 6 to you for some special treatment. Love that "cigar" mod and the reshaped blade.

No filter on my photos, but they have been "enhanced" a bit.

Opinel No. 6 (Thanks, Brett!) and #14 Ebony (Thanks, Andrew!) for Wooden Wednesday.

You have some really neat Barlows, Atiger. Another great looking bolster stamp. What material are the covers?

Thanks for the Pioneer props, Dean. I'll go with my usual cliche for posts that show two (or more) ravishing red knives: Rojo Mojo!

Thanks, GT!

For Wooden Wednesday, I have a GEC #66 in Rosewood and a Case 63032 in Chestnut bone. Brown hues today.

Thanks, the covers on the Hibbard appear to be some sort of laminated, man-made material - not Delrin but possibly a phenolic material of some sort.

Thanks a lot Dean

Good morning all. Well it's morning here at least. The 15 was treated to a steak last night and my daughter's nightly strawberry snack.

Lovin that one, KBA!

Jack, My Grandmother used to say that some good whiskey and a little honey with a squeeze of lemon will clear that cough right up. :D

I have been carrying the A Wright Lamb Foot for the last few days. It is just starting to get the slightest patina.

Fremont Jack and Copperlock today. I'm always impressed with how great the Copperlock is each time I put it in my pocket!

Started out working in the garden and removing Iris growth with the old Wards Pruner .
Then the mail came with the new 72 in Stag . I chose one that is a little darker than any that I have ever had . Something different , but still some very decent texture .

Very happy with the way the old Wards performed and also the Quality and F & F of my first 72 .

Brand new yellow handle trapper. Probably gonna carry this one through the weekend to break her in
