Thanks... Not sure how he did it, but the scales remind me of an old Shrade with peachseed scales that has seen a little pocket time. Very cool

Mike, those are some vintage scales that John had on hand. I don't recall if he knew where he had gotten them.

The lime is a key-lime so it is small. Closed length of the tribal spear is around 4". Cuts like crazy once I put a 18 degree edge per side.

That is a really nice looking knife. Is it a mini lime or a large knife?
