Really like the Workhorse Travman:thumbup:

This Ulster equal end Jack again today, I love everything about it, the bone covers. The wrap around back spring for the pen, solid blade and near full:thumbup:

Fantastic bone on that beauty, Paul!
It looks like 4 inches closed?

Travman

That sure is one heck of a knife!

That Barlow is incredible Ron.
I am carrying a lesser Barlow and freezing my fingers off in a tree tonight. I almost didn't have the dexterity to open this one, luckily it's pinchable!

Paul, I just love that old Ulster jack. Got my own jack today, a Fightn' Rooster Wharncliffe serpentine.

Great Barlow Ron, such great covers buddy:thumbup:

Enjoy the weekend everyone...

Paul - Thank you my friend. Your Ulster is a wonderful example of workmanship by skilled cutlers that with proper care and attention will last several lifetimes. Have a good one buddy! :D

Thank you! Different maybe, but definitely not lesser! That 77 is a great knife and I find myself wishing I had also picked up a Bone Micarta. Stay warm and good luck. :D

Paul, looks about as worn as my Union Knifeworks Equal End Moose it's got such warm, rich and creamy pocket worn covers, the Moose is 1911, what was the year on the Ulster?

Thank you Ted, I can't seem to find a single chart on Ulster tang stamps:confused::o but I'd guess similar in age to your Moose? Tang reads:

ULSTER
KNIFE CO
NY

Any help out there is appreciated:thumbup:

That Ulster looks pretty sweet, Paul!

Thank you John, I'm really liking this Jack Knife
