Thanks Gary. Don't let Pertinux see that leg knife with the owl etching. She'll want to abscond it.
Good point, Bob, although by my count the leg knife pattern had the most votes in the recent "Ugliest Knife" thread, so ~P's owl affinity may not be strong enough to overcome "leg knife revulsion"! But I think it's a wonderful conversation piece!
Thank you kindly, Gary!!! I pick these two..the office knife is so cool and that leg is loooong at 5 inches
Thanks, Gev. That leg knife is long and also surprisingly slender:
Sitting in the amtrak lounge at Penn Station in NYC waiting for the train. I love traveling by train. I can have a pocket knife in my pocket. What a concept!
Ohta sway back is with me and has come in very handy, even in NYC.
I try to restrain myself from expressing my awed admiration of your Ohtas EVERY time I see them, but as we near Thanksgiving Day I HAVE to say thanks for sharing those beauties with us, Gary!:thumbup:
...
Thank you, Gary, for calling my Clauss magnificent.

My Christmas present (which my wife got for me last month) is big, made by Samsung and great for watching movies on.

My Christmas Barlow carry will be a red TC and a green TC.
Your Keen Kutter office knife is what dreams are made of.

Good memories GT

There were over 30 in each class at my first school, nearly 1000 kids altogether, but fortunately I could already read a little. My dad used to say that my first word was "sandwiches"! Like he'd know!

Thanks my friend, nice line-up, and it is always good to see your Office Knife
...
Thanks for the Keen Kutter kompliments, Dean & Jack.
Dean, you seem to have your holidays all planned out. I didn't realize Samsung made knives; I like to watch movies reflected in the shiny blade of a big old Cold Steel Kudu!

Jack, it's difficult for this farm boy to relate to 1000-student schools!

My 8th grade graduating class was the largest in school history (as of 1965), and there were 12 of us!
I'm trying out a new rotation to get some of my less carried knives in my pocket more often.
That's a dynamite pairing of knives, Erik!
I carried this little guy today, an old Camco I picked up off the bay pretty cheap. It had old fracked celuloid covers that I replace with some cocobolo a friend gifted me.
...
Fantastic job, Bighaze!! That tip-bolstered Camco with bottle opener is first-rate!
It's and Old Timer kind of day.
...
Greg, your 34OT looks handsome (and productive

)!
...
I'm carrying these two today. A Case 6232 and a Wilbert Cutlery Co. Hawkbill.
Have a great day all!
Ken K.
Very nice, Ken; that pruner looks like a pocketful!
...
Double stag for me today, Stan Shaw Sheepsfoot and an old Abram Brooksbank
...
Sensational stag duo, Jack; I'm especially struck by the covers on the older knife!

Also carrying a belt sheath with a recently rediscovered Opinel that I bought on a spring break trip with my late parents in 1972. I thought this was lost, but I found it while cleaning out my desk. [emoji3]
...
Glad you found the prodigal Opinel, SCFlyGuy! Sounds like it has some memories attached.
Just got this Boker+ as a gift, so I guess I'll be carrying it for a while. Don't know the model name, but
it looks pretty cool.

A bit of blade redundancy which I usually dont carry but both are such nice vintage knives, I love the bone covers on both. An Equal End Kabar and a similar to GEC's #15 frame Voos USA Jack.
Wow! You're on a roll, Paul! I was stunned and drooling over your Kabar earlier, but the jigging on the barehead jack is out-of-this-world!!!

I can see why pickles are my favorite condiment!
...
I just happen to be Totin a Jigged Bone Texas Jack today.

Much newer vintage of course!

Great-looking TX jack in TN, Ron!
Here are a few more of this week's knives.
