"Venus on the Half-Shell" is a classic beauty, but Shapleigh on the half-shell is also mighty fetching, Gev!

Sitting in the amtrak lounge at Penn Station in NYC waiting for the train. I love traveling by train. I can have a pocket knife in my pocket. What a concept!
Ohta sway back is with me and has come in very handy, even in NYC.

Just a gorgeous knife, Dean! Great acquisition :thumbup:

Thanks, Gev!

Nice pic Dean. The blackwood TC's just ooze classy. ;)

Thanks, Bob! That's exactly what attracted me to this one.

Thanks, Dean. :) Is that magnificent Clauss considered a Christmas Barlow? ;)

Thank you, Gary, for calling my Clauss magnificent. :) My Christmas present (which my wife got for me last month) is big, made by Samsung and great for watching movies on. :) My Christmas Barlow carry will be a red TC and a green TC.

Your Keen Kutter office knife is what dreams are made of.

Now that is classy! And an excellent photographic presentation.:thumbup:

Have a good evening and I am sorry about your tooth...I know all to well how you must be feeling and there are no proper emoticons for it.

Thanks pal :)

 ;)

I don't remember learning to read. My Dad claims I learned from the backs of boxes of breakfast cereal before I started school. I think that attending a "two-room schoolhouse" with grades 1-4 in one room and grades 5-8 in the other made learning easy for me, since I was able to eavesdrop on what the big kids were learning before I had to learn it myself.

Good memories GT :) There were over 30 in each class at my first school, nearly 1000 kids altogether, but fortunately I could already read a little. My dad used to say that my first word was "sandwiches"! Like he'd know! :D

Glad to read (in a later post) that your Sheffield trip went as well as can be expected with rain arriving and teeth departing! :( Fine knife with which to travel.

Safe travels Gary  Me too. I have been all over Europe by train, though it was less fun going over to Sheffield on the train today! :D Beautiful brace of Ohtas :)

Thanks Will, just nice to get out in the fresh air.
Gary, more officers per sq. inch than anyplace other than maybe Times Square.

Stainless Cuban with some good random jigging.
