What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've been bitten by the BF bug, my carry was simpifed for pretty much the past year, my trusty peanut and a multutool, stop back over here a few days and I'm looking through my collection haveing difficulty deciding what to carry, today I picked a stag Carl Schieper canoe sent to me by another past member Andi, I hope he and his family are well.

Pete

Yes, I often think of our friend Andi myself! That's one heck of a canoe

This is like Deja Vu, I have been thinking about Andi also off and on (along with many others) but especially just a few minutes before you posted this as I booked a flight to Germany. I was also wondering about you and your family and was glad to see you back after a spell and enjoying some of your vast and interesting collection Pete. I still remember the great photos of your family playing in a deep ocean of snow.
Hope you, your family and the rest of the traditional knives forum members have a great holiday.

It is so dark in the morning that it is not possible to take a decent picture. I couldn't get the camera to focus on an up-close shot so I settled for whatever it would take. I had my 1977 Case 11031 with me today.

Thank you. The silver coin is one ounce of silver. It's a tribute coin to the hobo nickels. Hobos would take a buffalo nickel and engrave many different things but I believe most common were the skull due to its ease of converting the Indian profile.

Back in the USA this afternoon. No more planes for awhile. Stuck this in my pocket for the rest of the evening anyway. Does that count?
