Today I am enjoying another treasure that I acquired from Bob. In my humble opinion, one of the classiest 15's that has been released!

That is really very nice. One I certainly have not seen before.

I am not sure how you could temporarily mis-place a knife like that my friend . Very nice .

Harry

Sorry, I missed this earlier Harry. I knew it was there but just realized it needed to be carried as its so darn nice:o

Nice to see you back to your old duo:thumbup:

A wharncliffe lock back whittler, from one the finest knife makers alive, Joel Chamblin. I had a recent conversation with a well known, high end knife maker who stated that he thought Joel, Bill Ruple, and Richard Rodgers are three of the finest slip joint makers today. Notice that Joel puts the pivot pin for the lock back under the covers, unlike that of Tony's.

stag, gold pins and CTS XHP, think stainless D2

LOL. Tony Bose did the pattern work for that knife and a number of knives and he graciously shared them with many custom knife makers like Chamblin.

Tony Bose is THE best knife maker period.

Welcome, Frank. it's good to see you posting your fine photos here on the porch.

Had the Teardrop Jack in my pocket today.

Tomsch That old Spear Jack is a very fine carry, a nice shot that shows it off very well too. Are those Cell scales by any chance?

flat Winchester Teardrop looks really choice too. Just got one of their knives last night -hence the poor quality dark pic- but I'm really pleased with it, thick bone slabs are impressive.
