I messed up today and didn't carry a traditional. I picked up a Cold Steel tanto bladed something or other because I was going to be doing some rough on knife blade work. Also carried my Kershaw Needs Work. This was a mistake (not the Kershaw but the Cold Steel). So tomorrow a Boker barlow is taking the place of the Cold Steel folder. I was so aggravated with the Cold Steel that I gave it away. Ed J

I like that Swayback Jason! Rick sure makes a nice knife! The micarta looks like a match for the handle on my Menefee Half Congress.

This two blader keeps finding it's way back into my pocket. It's just the right size at 3 1/2" with a good blade combination.

Higonokami 75mm friction folder, with a Vinegar Patina, Wow does that Blue steel take a wicked edge.

For the last few day and I'm not willing to let it leave my pocket anytime soon; I'm carrying this brand new green bone eyed lady. My second GEC, my first NF, first 53 and my all time first green bone! I always wanted to try a green bone since it is my second favorite color behind blue. I just could never find a green bone that really looked good to me. I almost purchased a green bone Boker Trapper when I was searching for my first trapper many years ago, but I just couldn't go it. I do like Case's Bermuda green bone, but GEC is really putting out some nice traditional green, red, and amber bones these days! This 53 has a noticeable degree of better fit and finish over my Tidoute 73, it is just about perfection except the spey and sheepsfoot blades rub togeather, but not enough to hinder the blades from passing. This is to my eyes this prettiet bone in my collection, and I doubt if I'll ever fully catch it's beaty with my less then stellar photography! The W&T are a lot better then my 73, very similar to my Queens and latest Cases!

Wanted to go with something a little lighter today so I've got my Menefee swayback with me.

Bruce Bump #27 - Blue Mountain Trapper. A fantastic knife all the way around.

How's the quality on Kissing Cranes? Specifically, do they often have blade play? I can't stay blade play...
