What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Not a new picture but it's still in my pocket. I just figured out how to post a pic from Imgur to BF on my phone. It's tough being old.
Nice knives today folks!

Nice one GE, a lot of color in the scales!
My Jack was darker, but became orange after sanding the jigging down.

Thank you for the kind words! That knife was a Rust Red 15 Boy's Knife - and you sanded the jigging? Well, it came out looking pretty darn good!

Carried something a little different (for me) today, a Vic Huntsman. This is actually my 10 year old son's knife but since he can't have it at school, it usually stays at home. I decided do give it a little pocket time as the flashy color goes well with this rather warm, sunny day in the Pacific NW.

Thanks, Alan! I like the size of the Case Mini Trappers - pretty close to a 2-bladed GEC 15 in size and heft.
Thanks GE. I don't have one. I have a full size Case trapper that I really don't like. I have a lot of trouble opening one or the other blade when the first one is open. I cut myself several times trying to pick that blade open, I think partly because they are the same length? Also, it was supposed to be Amber bone, but it looks like mildew green to me? o_O Can't do anything much with it, cause it has my initials engraved in the bolster?

I like the looks of yours. May have to try one.

Day 5 with my new Case Bose, doing duty opening a pack of socks. I'm finding I like it as a gentleman's folder despite its smallish size (it got a break over the weekend in favor of my Boker lockback). Of interest, the blade mis-alignment it came with is straightening itself out as I use it (I am gently pushing it away from the frame as I open and close it.)

I recently got the idea for semi-long term stints with my knives instead of daily rotations from some of our members and can really recommend it. It's a great way to get to know your knives.
That is Nice @Bugdoc :)

I give up. I try to respond to posts and photos that really grab me. You guys are killing me today and yesterday. I will be here all night. SO, Blanket post Nice all:)

 Yeah, I was thinking the same when I saw how good your original version looks.;)
And thanks, me too like both:D.

Hey Hey, My My...

Big thanks to Todd--truly a great guy!

Rock and Roll will Never Die! WoW! That is beautiful! Todd chose a great one to GAW. His slim, sexy drop point is a great blade. How do you like it?

I Love it! There is a slight curve to the handle that makes it increadible comfortable. I tried putting it aside, as to not mess it up as an edc... that didn't work out :)

Glad to hear it! I can't blame you. I go back and forth with trying to carry them some and then putting them away again. It's interesting. Todd doesn't use patterns so you have to kind of figure out what the pattern and blade shape might be. But, they all come out comfortable and with amazingly smooth pull, walk and talk. That is a beauty my friend.
